I am the designer, baker, decorator, delivery person, clean up crew, customer service and office staff.

Back in the 1970's I started out making birthday cakes for family and friends. I was asked to do a wedding cake for a friend and I was hooked. I soon developed my own special frosting recipe.

My passion in life is designing and creating Wedding and Special Occasion cakes. The more creative I can be, the more fun it is. I enjoy working with people to create just the cake they want for that special occasion, for a birthday, anniversary, holiday or a Wedding. It makes my day when a customer brings me an idea and I can make their vision a reality!
