Merry, Thank you very much for the cake that you for me after the puppet presentation of Bullfrog and Butterflies. It was adorable! The frog was so realistic with the cattails and lily pads that I didn't want to cut into the cake. After admiring your work of art I was tempted to eat your delicious cake so I cut off the frog's foot. Then I couldn't bear seeing a footless frog, so I tried to eat him by scooping the cake out and tunneling up his leg. What an amazing creation! Thank you for your work art.

The Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting is the best! The hard part is deciding on the cake batter, although, it's impossible to make a bad choice. Fortunately Merry will make multi layer cakes with multiple batters. The other plus is that the cake freezes well. Although she never uses frozen cakes, I've not tasted any difference when I’ve done it with leftovers from one of her generous cakes.

Merry's frosting puts her in a class by herself. If you're going to put on the calories from "cake", why waste your time with anyone else?
